Sustainability aspects include double glazed glass windows and doors for increased thermal efficiency and natural light, and vegetated trellis that provide the benefits of improving air quality, decreasing urban heat island effects, and providing a further layer of insulation on the facade preventing heat loss.
Currently on the lot is one residential weatherboard cottage and a car park.
