Romeciti, with its growing reputation for blending sustainability with high quality lifestyle options, is about to launch another apartment project to the market.
The planned boutique Blossom residences at 2 Park Crescent Pymble on Sydney’s North Shore will be only a stone’s throw from Pymble Ladies College, close to the Pymble railway station and local shops.
Construction is set to commence early in the new year.
There will be eight apartments, averaging 223 square metres each, with a focus on an easy, low-maintenance lifestyle, ideal for both families and downsizers.
Eco friendly materials have been selected alongside a high quality thermal design with a view to resilience and comfort.
Each apartment is designed to exceed the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme efficiency standards of 7 stars. Blossom’s rating is expected to average 7.8 stars, which will ensure “exceptional” energy efficiency, with the high achievement providing a buffer for future regulatory changes.
Cross flow ventilation is at the heart of the thermal comfort offered through the design, with dual balconies in most of the apartments to encourage outdoor living and allow plenty of natural light.
The Romeciti project and marketing team members Tony Mizzi and Samantha Fontaine said:
“The kitchens will be full-sized, offer an abundance of useful storage space and will feature extensive use of Natural stone to enhance both form and function. High quality appliances such as premium end Gaggenau will be included, which we believe will further add to their appeal.”
Flexibility will also be provided with multi-purpose rooms that can be customised for a personal gym, home office, or even a wine room.
Among the specifications for the apartments there will be high quality insulation and double-glazed windows that will contribute to thermal and acoustic comfort.
This means the thermal envelope of the building will be of high quality, and the apartments are not likely to need retrofitting for future potentially tougher climatic conditions.
The architects have noted that strategic shading has been designed into the structure of the building and that this is the first line of defence against solar gain.
Home Garden
The owners will have the option to grow and nurture their own herb and flower garden within their own private outdoor areas. They may consider perhaps a clothesline to further minimise the need for electric indoor drying.
Setting a new benchmark
Blossom is set to become a new benchmark for sustainable multi-residential development.
According to the Romeciti team:
“Blossom demonstrates that climate-responsive architecture is not only desirable but achievable with thoughtful design and a commitment to long term resilience and comfort for the occupants. “Its potential is to become the model for other developments not just in this area but elsewhere.”
A strong track record for quality and sustainability – especially in landscaping
Romeciti already has a strong track record in quality and sustainability.
At Natura situated nearby in Macquarie Park, extensive landscaping and quality inclusions were key features of the project that created a positive social community.
Natura provides an abundance of luxuriant green landscaping covering 7000 square metres.
Romeciti’s commitment to landscaping was so thoroughly woven into the company’s ethos that the group acquired a large wholesale/retail nursery situated at Camden in Sydney’s South West. This provides the Group with an excellent supply of green infrastructure for its own projects – as well as for the broader market.

The Romeciti team confirmed:
“After two low key market presentations to a select audience of real estate agents and potential buyers the response was awe-inspiring with a definite demand for the apartments.”
The company added:
“We focus on creating a holistic living experience through a combination of elegant residences, green spaces, sustainability and community involvement. Everything we do aims to define stunning architecture, engaged communities, and thoughtfully designed apartments that integrate cutting-edge in-home technology to enhance everyday life.”
Whilst the Pymble site is a little more constrained, there will nevertheless be the same high-quality commitment to providing the greenest space with the use of additional plantings and more established trees to provide an immediate benefit rather than waiting for gardens to slowly mature. Again, a direct benefit of having access to their own nursery.
Romeciti’s Team concluded by saying: “We expect Blossom to sell out quickly. With a combination of luxurious finishes, innovative architecture, and the prime location, not to mention the boutique nature and small number of apartments, all add up to a rare opportunity to enjoy the best of modern living” to a rare opportunity to enjoy the best of modern living.”
