Strata Answers’ secret is to work alongside owners and their strata committees. They focus on what is possible – from capturing the “low hanging fruit” with LED lighting upgrades and energy saving controls for fans and pumps, to more ambitious solar photo voltaic projects that have apartment buildings saving up to 90 per cent of their daytime common property energy costs.

Strata Answers has a strong track-record in getting energy and water saving projects off the ground.
